Without a doubt, the scariest thing in the world is the sound of thunder-dunder. Thunder-dunder can be loud, bright and rolling.
Thankfully, I was never scared of thunder-dunder because I had a brave puppy dog named Yalu who protected me.
Whenever there were instances of thunder-dunder, Yalu would check on me to make sure I was never scared. If there was more thunder-dunder, Yalu would climb in my lap to make sure I remained calm. She would let me pet her. That was my way of letting her know I was alright.
Sometimes, the thunder-dunder would go away. Other times, there was more thunder-dunder streaking across the skies of her puppy palace. If Yalu was still in my lap, she moved up to my shoulders because I could really be scared of the thunder-dunder and her job was to protect her people persons from being scared because unless someone has a puppy dog, committed to protecting them, thunder-dunder can get scary particularly when its loud and rolling and thunder-dundering all around you.
There were rumors of Yalu hiding in the tub when the thunder-dunder got really loud. I will treat those stories rumors because the Yalu I knew was a brave puppy dog. My evidence is a story I wrote about her heading out into the dark of the night to rescue a pet zebra named Molly.
Now you might be wondering how can a puppy dog have her very own pet zebra named Molly and what was her pet zebra doing outside at night? There could be monsters out there. Well you, kind reader, will have to find out by becoming the proud owner of Yalu And The Stinky Stink.
